Information We Collect

When you visit Sheets Bootcamp, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

If you request a free lesson, subscribe to our emails, or contact us, we also collect:

• Any information you provide in your message
• Which form or page you signed up from, and whether you opened or clicked our emails

If you buy a course, we also collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your purchase history, including what you bought, when, and the amount paid
• The country or region used to calculate any applicable tax

We never see or store your full card details. Payment card information goes directly to our payment processor and is handled entirely by them.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you updates about new tutorials (if you've subscribed)
• Deliver a free lesson or a course you requested or bought, and send you the access links
• Provide support, handle refunds, and keep records required for tax and accounting

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to decide anything that affects you.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services. Each one holds only the data it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.

• Google Analytics (Google LLC), for website traffic analysis. Set to anonymise where possible, and switched off entirely if you decline cookies.
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit), for sending email and managing subscriptions. Holds your email address, your subscription tags, and your email open and click history.
• Stripe, for processing payments. Handles your card details directly. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides cookieless traffic analytics.
• Google Drive and Google Sheets, because our courses are delivered as spreadsheet files. When you copy a course into your own Drive, that copy is governed by your own agreement with Google, not by us. We cannot see the contents of your copy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any email we send. To exercise any of the other rights, contact us and we will action it.

How long we keep things. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years, even if you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in Google Analytics.

Deleting your data does not delete the copy of a course sitting in your own Google Drive. That file belongs to you, and only you can remove it.
